Positive: The apartment is spacious, clean, bright, comfortable, with a gorgeous terrace, very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms (including dishwasher and washing machine). The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable! Air conditioning in all rooms. The area where the apartment is located is very quiet, very close to the subway. But the most important thing is the availability, communication and kindness of Gianluca, our host, who is always close to you with recommendations (must-see spots and must-eat places) and answers to all your questions. In short, here you feel like HOME, you have a sense of security and belonging for a few days to Milanese life. Which is why you will definitely want to come back, both to Milan and to this apartment. Thank you very much for the wonderful vacation we had also with your help, Gianluca.

Positive: Everything was perfect, the host was fantastic! Easy access, great view. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows, hot water and the pressure was great. Istria metro station is a 2 minute walk from the building. We will definetely choose this apartment when we come back to Milano.

Positive: The host, Gianluca is very receptive and friendly. He would try to go out of is way if to accommodate us guests. The place is surrounded by cafes, and rather very good restaurants and a supermart -- at local prices (non-touristy expensive prices). about less than half-an hour, convenient, subway ride to Milan Central (tourist spots). It's a good location if want to avail of the other side of Milan that's worth exploring and not crowded with your typical tourists. There flat jas a spacious balcony where one can chill and enjoy the unblocked view of the city.
Negative: One of the bathrooms had a spoiled toilet seat - rather a minor thing that I hope is already resolved for the next guests. Something about the water heater, at night we just ran out of hot water - there were 4 of us, and usually the last one would end up with a cold shower.
Summary: Cozy, Very Good & Value for Money for a Week's Stay.
