Summary: The apartment was overwhelming, indoor pool, small sauna, roof garden and lots of spacious rooms. Everything was clean and worked well. We used the apartment as basis for our trips to the city of Munich and some destinations about. Public transport can be reached within minutes, free parking at the apartment and S-Bahn Station Sauerlach (park & ride), shops and restaurants are also in close vicinity.

Summary: What a place! I wouldn't call this an apartment, though -- it's literally a Penthouse. This property is unique, fun, and very appealing. Extremely well-appointed, and all that needed to be added for Christmas was a small tree from the local garden center. The property managers were both very helpful, and made check-in and check-out quite easy.

Summary: The apartment is amazing. Two of our showers weren't working, but the manager tried to have it fixed right away. Unfortunately they needed special parts. Had fun every night in the pool. The town was awesome. Oktoberfest was easy to get to by taking the S train and getting off one stop after Munich center. Highly recommend.

Summary: We are from USA and we’re a little apprehensive booking this property since we really didn’t understand the partnering of VRBO and the homeowner overseas. Nothing to worry about at all. Everyone worked together to ensure we were very comfortable with arrangements. The owner, Marcus and his associate, Ralf, were accessable and responsive during our entire stay. The property is amazing and beautiful. It’s everything it represents in the description It’s within walking distance to grocery store and gas station. Also within walking distance to the SBahn and many eateries. It’s in an industrial location but it’s still very secure and safe. We have never traveled in Europe and were very surprised at how easy it was to use the SBahn line very close to this home to get anywhere we needed to go. It’s a quick 20 minute train ride to the main plaza in Munich. I can honestly say this is probably one of the best properties we have rented with VRBO. Thank you Marcus and Ralf for everything you did for us. It was an amazing stay and the home is most beautiful and more than we could have asked for. Summary: Owner was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is exactly as pictured and has so much space. We loved the sauna and pool area and were only disappointed we didn't book for longer. If we were to be really picky it was so hot we left the windows open over night and as it's in an industrial area the noise from surrounding businesses woke us up at 7am some mornings. Not the best if you want a long lie or wake up a little bit hung over from drinking too much of the local beer🍺. Sauerlach is a great little town with some good restaurants and easy driving/travelling distance to Munich. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider booking this apartment again in the future.
