The cottage features ensuite bath, fully stocked kitchen, living/workspace with comfortable sleeper sofa, mature landscaping for privacy, and covered front porch. Hometract is a quiet 3-acre property with terraced garden views. Visit our chicken coop, relax in the hammock, or walk to the garden shop or Duner's restaurant.

We have the privacy of a rural area with few neighbors but also easy access to I-64 & Rt. 250 putting Crozet, Ivy, Charlottesville, Monticello, Keswick, and more all within easy reach. We are walkable to the Ivy Corner Garden and Gift Shop, local favorite Duner's Restaurant, and the Wine & Country gift shop. Boars Head Resort is only 5 minutes down the road with its golf course, restaurants, spa, and music and events. The Foxfield Races are only 10 minutes away.

Summary: Quaint, cozy cottage in peaceful surroundings. Cottage was well equipped with anything you would need during your stay, especially loved the coffee. Great location, short drive to many attractions, restaurants, and wineries. The hosts were very communicative, informative, and gracious. Be sure to visit the hens! Would definitely come back!

Summary: This was the perfect place to stay for parents' weekend. It was a short drive to UVA campus. The beautiful living room and cozy kitchen enabled us to relax and visit in a comfortable environment. We loved the quiet, country setting and particularly enjoyed the view of the Milky Way at night and visiting with the hens during the day.
