Positive: The Staff was nice and they tried to correct all issues that arose. Property was recently renovated however the craftsmanship wasn’t good.
Negative: Poor craftsmanship in each room. Issues with multiple doors sticking, floors creeping and toilets running. The staff attempted to resolve our issues but some things they could not resolve. However we were moved to a different room.
Summary: Great staff, beautiful Hotel, but be prepared for possible issues with the room.

Negative: Very disappointing that I was NOT informed there was no central air conditioning in the room. Walked into a hot room and saw a portable a/c unit in the floor below window of living room. Walked into bedroom and the same thing. While it helped to cool down some. The units cannot cool down the entire space. The other side of rooms, away from unit, were not comfortable. The whole place felt stuffy, humid. Of course, the unit is noisy and did wake me up in the night. Later, when I had to leave for an appointment, I think I did see some HVAC repair trucks so maybe it is being worked on. I don't know how many rooms or which floors/rooms are without central a/c. The tub did not drain well. Had to stand in water while showering. Breakfast is the usual of any other place, processed and cheap. Nothing special.

Negative: The front desk boy didn't know what he was doing. Check in took 2 hours They promised refund did not happen They closed the elevator down to replace floor didn't tell us. We had mobility scooter and dog Theres no hot water for showers No manager. No way to contact a manager according to front desk.

Positive: Jacob was very helpful when I had to change rooms because of noisy temporary air conditioning
Negative: Just lots of weird noise. Elevators was put at one point with no signage explaining. Weird whistling of air conditioner. Back door to property never locked. No ice machine. Ice in fridge not on for arrival. Old fashioned showers.
