Summary: There was a dirty washcloth left in the shower. Floors were dirty. Trash was never gathered during our stay and we did not leave a sign on our door. We originally booked a double queen but was informed one was not available when we arrived so was put in a king suite and told we would be moved the next day which never happened even after requesting and reminding the next day. After waiting a while we were hungry and tired and decided to just stay in the room given. To late in the day and with a dog and not eating we needed to relax and not have to worry about changing rooms. We were on vacation, we wanted to enjoy our time, make the most of our time. Breakfast was great. Staff was courteous. I just wish they would have been more helpful. I feel like I was charged for the double queen. I was told I would be compensated for the crappy room and lack of service but so far I haven’t been. Overall it would be a lovely place to stay that is close to the beach for a family with animals. I wanted a getaway with my aging dog that had never been to the beach. I was disappointed. I hope others have a better experience.

Summary: Family stay for weekend. We have a big family, so it was nice to have the space to accommodate us. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good. When we asked for fresh towels, they brought them right up.

Summary: Upon arrival, I was told the rooms had been recently renovated. I have never stayed here before so I can't compare the difference, but I will say the rooms were great! The staff were very accommodating and helpful! Hotel was clean and the room was very clean as well. Everything we needed was supplied in the room kitchen as well! The pool area was lovely and there was a nice grill for those looking to cookout. The hotel is located in a great area and is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The only minor issue I had was that the pillows were very soft (great for those who love a cloud-like pillow) and I had to stack 4 on top of one another. Not a big deal though, as I will just bring a firm pillow from home on my next stay at this hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to the area!
