Positive: The room was big and clean and had everything we needed inside. The bed was so comfortable, so glad we got the king bed. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold foods. Great parking around the hotel and was nearby stores if we needed them.

Positive: It is a Homewood Suites and, like the rest, they are comfortable and nice. The breakfast is good. We especially like the oatmeal which has a great consistency. The staff is very nice, and the manager was great stepping in to fix a billing confusion created by cutting the trip short by a day. If you've never done a trip change during a visit, you have to contact Booking.com first and they are supposed to coordinate with the hotel. The confusion came because sometimes Booking.com pays the bill and sometimes you do. In this case the latter was true and the hotel thought Booking.com was doing it. If Booking.com pays, I would get a refund from them instead of the hotel. once it was straightened out, the manager acted promptly. I will say the location is really nice as it across the street from a couple of very nice shopping strips and a great variety of restaurants. we were there for the National Club Crew championships which were up in Oak Ridge. It was a pretty easy commute up there.
