Positive: Comfortable hotel in a great and quiet location. Staff were friendly and the hotel breakfast was decent.
Negative: The hotel is in need of updating. There was wood rot on the baseboard by the shower in our master bathroom, and there were ceiling tiles throughout the hotel that had old water stains. We also found a sock from a previous guest on the floor by the curtains.
Summary: Older hotel in a good location. Good for families

Positive: We set up a reunion here for about 6 families. Types of rooms had been changed for several of our families making it inconvenient . Staff at front desk was as helpful as they were allowed be but management did not want to accommodate. We are Hilton timeshare owners and Hilton card and honors members. Did not seem to help. Several rooms not maintained well.
Negative: Inflexibility of management

Positive: Room was clean & had a lot of equipment, i.e. fridge, stove top, dishwasher (very nice) but toilet was very loud when flushed somewhere else close to my room. It did this all night.
Negative: I had a government check from my agency & front desk wouldn’t take the payment & had to use my personal credit card. I learned later that someone else at the conference that they took her company government check as payment. I was here on a training conference.
