Wanna have a country feeling while living right in the middle of city? Welcome to Country Cove a huge colonial house on an acre hilly lot with natural spring water creek in the front and woods in the back. Cool Springs Galleria mall and Franklin downtown at 5 min drive and Music city Nashville downtown at 15 min drive.
Sleeps 14 and conveniences include, free parking, WIFI, 2 living rooms, 1 game room with ping pong table & other games with a tread mill to work out, huge kitchen with all appliances and a dining area.
Game/Event Room with Treadmill and Ping Pong table. Fold up the Treadmill and Ping Pong Table, that converts to a conference hall with seating capacity of 50. Great for small group meetings or any small corporate product launch.
Half acre of hilly fenced backyard with veggie garden, sheep, chicken and dogs, entertaining our little guests as they see through windows from the bedrooms upstairs. Natural Spring water creek flowing through the front yard has a fish pond, as it cuts part of the property making an island. Artistic wooden bridge allows our little guests to cross over into the island and view / catch little fish / tadpoles.
Huge flat lawn in the backyard has been serving as a venue for many events from weddings to receptions, with great decorations outdoors.
Front lawn serves as an overflow parking for at least 50 cars.
Music city Nashville down town is just 15 min drive and Nashville International Airport is 20 min drive from the home. Have been hosting many groups of performers or attendees to many events in Nashville. Perfect getaway to stay away from hustle and bustle of Nashville downtown, but still close to many local restaurants and shopping.

Summary: The house was perfect for my family for my son’s wedding. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean! Milk, juice, cereal and snacks were left and that was a bonus! The little ones enjoyed the goats and sheep in the back. One of my sons left his glasses in the house and they mailed them to me.

Summary: We chose to get married in Tennessee and that meant a lot of people would be coming with us. Finding a house big enough was hard till we found this one. First, let me say the house was big enough for 30 people to be over at once and not feel cramped. The rooms all had more than enough space for people to share them. The master was amazing, we had our 2 year old daughter with us and she loved the big bathtub and all the room to run around. The communication with the host was great, from before we booked till after we left. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Summary: Our group came to town to attend a wedding at Cool Springs House. We selected this house because of its large size and close proximity to the venue. The house was perfect for hosting friends and family between events and for using as a headquarters for all the event planning. The rooms were spacious and the restrooms and kitchen was clean. If you have large SUVs or Trucks, parking can be a challenge but we were able to make it work.

Summary: The extras like makeup wipes, cereal and milk, coffee and filters was above and beyond and made our stay much easier. Having a fully stocked kitchen to cook food was extremely helpful. Would stay again.

Summary: We recently stayed at Country Cove and had a great experience. We were able to utilize this home as our wedding venue and accommodate out of state guests as well. Emkay was very responsive and he has his long term tenant assist us promptly at every single request. They were great hosts! If you are looking for a small venue with approximately 50 guests or less, this is the place for you!

Summary: Excellent check in and check out process. All our family loves the house. The table tennis was great to play each other and with our kids. We got quick help from the people in the basement. It was great if there was a bigger tv for family movie night. Everything is a kind of old. Overall, we had a great family time.

Summary: This is a very functional property. Everything was well communicated. We had no problems at all. There was plenty of space for the 8 people that stayed there. We enjoyed eating and playing games at the large dining table. The Wi-Fi was great for multiple people to work one of the days we were there.
