Positive: Location. This apartment is right in the centre of Colmenar. It's small but has everything you need. Go to Bar Pelegros for breakfast or lunch.

Negative: A couple of comfy chairs would be nice although I can't think where you would put them. :-)

Summary: A good base for a part of the "real" Spain that most tourists don't see.

Positive: Friendly welcome by host. Central location. Good lighting and large windows. Adequate heating. Food shops nearby. Sufficient kitchen equipment for making a simple meal (refrigerator, two-ring hob, microwave, pans, utensils, cutlery and crockery.

Positive: The host was incredibly helpful and, although the location listed on Booking.com was incorrect (not the host's fault!), and we arrived late, he was super friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Negative: I can't think of any improvements, exceptional stay!
