Summary: Room was nice but the air conditioner was very loud and it got hot in the night. Worked fine in the day. Good coffee in room. The room was very clean and lots of room to move around. Staff was great.

Summary: Unfortunately, we were no shows due to getting lost. My sister got food poisoning and fell out of car but it wasn't moving thank goodness. Anyways we ended up at another hotel so the trip cost us double but we had been lost for 6 hours. We just wanted to sleep. I did call several times and was hoping for a refund but unfortunately y'all used the gift card and I would appreciate a change in isuing a refund I completely understand if you can't. We have to come back in July and we will definitely being staying at horshoe lake Charles because we are high-roller gamblers. Can't wait to stay in July. Blessings and peace, Stacy Jones
