Positive: Super clean, amazing location and the lounge was a dream. Also the bottle of water and the new towels everyday provided some extra nice comfort.

Negative: Other guests were very loud late at night and you could hear it through the walls. You could not complain because the reception is often empty.

Positive: I happened to see how the staff cleaned the rooms several times, and they were always cleaning very carefully. I also saw one staff ironing the duvet. The staff replied to my email very quickly. I also like the location, which has two main subway lines, several bus stops, and many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The lounges on both floors are very clean and have great views.

Positive: I loved the location it was a super quick walk to most things and if it wasn't it was super close to the train stations and bus stops so super convenient. I also loved the little hangout areas and the view from that section on the 11th floor was unmatched. Super nice to sit and eat your dinner and look out over the city.

Negative: I wish there was more than 1 toilet for the 6 people in the room, it would be good even if there was one in the hallway incase the one in the room is in use. Was kinda weird that its unmanned so that meant leaving your bag behind the desk but no one is actually watching it. Although to get into the area you need a code for the door so I still found it safe.

Positive: I like everything about Hostel Haru! I stayed here for the 2nd time and definitely would come back again if I’m traveling solo to Korea next time :) The cleanliness is fantastic, there are a lot of convenient stores nearby (and also restaurants)! Transportation is also fantastic as the trains stations are very close by.

Negative: Nothing from the Hostel side, but more on the people who shared room with me. They were very noisy in the early mornings (unpacking inside the room etc.)

Summary: Recommended and will stay again!!

Positive: The facilities are nice, good location and it’s nice they give fresh towels every day

Negative: To be honest it is a weird vibe here. No staff in person. Every person that stayed in my room seemed as though they had never been in a hostel before by not displaying basic hostel etiquette. The rooms are also a bit small to store all bags. Not social at all

Positive: The location was excellent! Great view of the stream!! The building was neat, and clean and was in a very foody area, even with a 7-11 downstairs and a GS-25 a short walk! The building was quiet from the street (in the room where you sleep) in the common space it was noisy with the window open. The common space was super lovely too, that's what made me book. Overall great experience with the comfortability of my stay

Negative: Communication between staff and guests wasn't that good, replies took a long time and the self-check-in was confusing for others as I had to help another guest "check-in". You emailed them a picture of your passport page as "evidence" of checking in which felt very odd to me. The room was nice, however, the few of the females staying there had no concept of quiet time and were blow-drying their hair at midnight, past the quiet time hours, and this happened every single night. Not having breakfast service wasn't an issue for me, it just would have been nice to have a coffee machine! No laundry service either, unless you're a long-stay guest and it was all very hush-hush.
