Summary: We had a 8 day stay at the hotel. Awesome location. Convenience stores are located right nextdoor. The hotel seemed to be a little on the older side but the rooms and kitchen were clean. You are able to adjust the themostat to set the room's temperature to your liking. The kitchen was large. We used the combined washer/dryer frequently. Shampoo, body wash, and soap are provided. Front desk are responsive to requests for additional supplies. The gym facilty was large and had plenty of equipment for running, lifting, and stretching. We did not use the swimming pool. The sauna was still closely indefinitely. The only quirk thing was that when you use the elevator, you have to hold the room keycard against a sensor to choose the upper floors - the computer sensor is laggy - you have the hold the card a while until you hear a beep - then you can select the floor - this took some getting used to.

Summary: I stay at the Orakai whenever I'm in Seoul. It's very comfortable, reasonably priced, with a nice pool and amazing views. It's perfect for longer stays since there's a kitchen and washing machine. I only wish it was more eco-friendly. The sign in the bathroom says that you can choose to keep your towels, but housekeeping replaces them anyway. I also usually keep the do not disturb light on because I don't need cleaning, but the housekeeper said (if we understood her correctly) not to do that because they're required to clean the rooms daily, which ends up wasting garbage bags for a tiny amount of trash.

Summary: The suite was spacious and perfect for my small family. Kitchen had all basic necessities and bathrooms offered different options for bathing/showering the kids. Bedrooms were just as pictured. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The spa/pool was great for moments of relaxation and for the kids to play. I would definitely book here again.

Summary: Orakai located has a good location in Insandong and in the walking distance to line 1, 3, 4 and 5 and has a rich bus line around, so it's easy to access most of any place in SEOUL. And is also in the 15 minutes around the palaces and the Bukchon Hanok Village and another one in Insandong. The facility is also wonderful, the size is big enough for my 3ppl family and also has wash machine, microwave, oven and all the kitchen ware you need, it's like my second home in Seoul.
