Positive: The location of the hotel is the best in town. The food was good.
Negative: Bad attitude from the lady at the reception. It doesn't send a welcoming vibe to the client. The rest of the staff was okay.

Negative: Hostel described 180 degrees view - we assumed this was of the crater lake but it was across the road (a bit misleading). Could have been warmer, although was fine in the room.

Positive: Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were well kept and comfortable. Good food and facilities.
Negative: The only thing I would say is that breakfast portions are small as well as lunch so I would recommend bringing snacks is heading on the trek to Quilotoa.
