Summary: Needed towels and tissue. They gave us tissue and said someone will bring them but no one never bought them. The bed was very uncomfortable

Summary: There was no hand soap, no shelf in the shower to put shampoo etc., no phone, and the hair dryer didn’t work. The staff was friendly but the amenities were sadly disappointing.

Summary: Check in was rough due to an issue with the booking. Front desk handled it well but it was still annoying and time consuming. Room was okay. Shower water was too hot and wouldn’t adjust. Comfortable bed and pillows. Unfortunately, on our last day there, we seen a roach. And it’s a lot of “street walkers” in the area.

Summary: Room assigned looked used and uncleaned. Was assigned a different room after that. There was no shower curtain or partition in the bathroom and so water was all over the floor after taking bath.
