Summary: Super clean and great service. We used the parking slots available and pleased we did as parking in Christchurch is dreadful. Rooms made up beautifully every day and great location - close to our concert and walking distance to everything central.

Summary: the 1st room we had was very good, roomy, clean and warm. the return room two nights later was so small the bed was up against the windows and as we are in our 80s we could not get into bed as we would have had to crawl across the bed. So we pulled the be as far out as we could and had to creep around the bed to get in. asked reception if we could have another room they said it was all that was left' We had booked these nights about 2 months ago. We expected better

Summary: On arrival on Wednesday afternno 21 May, the customer service lady was brilliant. She asked if my room was warm and how she would go check it and if it wasnt she would turn the heating on so it would be warm on my return. Service with a smile was welcoming. We need more people like that in hotels.
