Positive: The location and the check-in procedure. The Presidential Suite, Apartment number P50 is very large and for the space the price was reasonable.
Negative: The apartment was very poor decorated. The complete hotel is horrible decorated. The combinations of colors, materials and furniture was done by a blind designer. As I didn't have time for the bath and needed to leave the hotel in the middle of the night, I wanted to shower, but couldn't find out how to turn on the shower in the bath, due to the stupidest designed taps I have ever seen. 20 minutes I have searched how to shower, but unfortunately I couldn't find it. I didn't want to call the reception, because I was in a hurry. And didn't want them to come up, because in the other room, my colleague was sleeping. As I was leaving in the middle of the night, I requested a breakfast package. But when I checked-out and the taxi was arriving to pick me up, the breakfast package was not ready. The girl behind the desk who had nightshift promised me that it would be ready, but it wasn't. Maybe because the whole night her smoking and grim boyfriend accompanied her during the night. Overall this hotel was a disappointment with fake services.

Positive: We took the room with the balcony, it was big and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful, good location close to the center and the metro station.
Negative: Breakfast was good but basic, the Casino is small and contain only machines.

Positive: Breakfast is good. Not exceptional, but nice. Thin pancakes I never encountered in other hotels in Sofia. Location is also perfect. It is just 2 mins by foot from metro Opolchenska, and a bit further from Serdika. The hotel itself is stylishly decorated
Negative: I been living in "apartment" room, however the condition of the room was poor. There was a full-sized fridge, but the door of the ice cream section was teared apart. There was a smell when I turned on the shower. I told to reception about that, but it was not fixed. This smell made it not possible to use a jacuzzy. And the last thing is the kitchen equipment. The room is proposed with mini-kitchen, and indeed it contained stove and oven. Meanwhile there were no plates, forks, pans, etc. I was told to go to the restaurant and take everything from there. In my view it is not supposed to be like that. The kitchen if presented should be initially equiped with accessories rather than the guest to go somewhere and bring everything on his back

Positive: This is a nice hotel. There is a bit of a walk to the main tourist area but there is a nice street with cafes down towards the market, behind the hotel. The reception staff were nice. The bar was closed while I was there so can't comment. The pool is small but nice to use if it is a very hot day.
Negative: The shower tap in my room needs to be looked at. The shower head was loose and it took a few attempts to get the tab to switch between tap and shower. Nothing major. Think the room was 402.
Summary: Nice hotel with good facilities but not very near the main tourist area.
