Positive: My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s not just a hotel — it’s an art gallery with wonderful works by local artists. The breakfast was cozy and delicious, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. We travelled by car, and the parking is conveniently located near the metro station; it’s also just a 15‑minute walk to the city centre. We are very satisfied with our experience, and on our next trip to Sofia, we will definitely stay here again.
Summary: «A hotel you’d happily return to on your next trip.»

Positive: Great location, quarky decor and large size of the room
Negative: Some upgrades would be recommended. Bathroom equipment wasn't working. All the bars and even restaurant were closed in the evening so we went out. Can be seen as a bonus. Cooked frozen vegetables at the breakfast buffet and blue fried eggs was a spoiler for such a caliber hotel.

Positive: Hotel was fine, the room was dated but generally ok. A huge amount of art displayed throughout the hotel, quite unbelievable the amount of pictures that they have on the walls. The breakfast was fine.
Negative: I was disappointed by the leisure facilities/pool. The hot tub was empty of water and therefore out of use. The sauna and steam room were not included in the price and had to be paid for separately, I have not encountered this before. There was quite a strong smell from the floor drain in the bathroom which travels into the bedroom. The location wasn’t as central as described. The lobby bar was not staffed at anytime during my stay. It seems to be rated as a 5 star but I don’t think it deserves such a high rating.
Summary: Underwhelming and not worthy of 5 star

Positive: Breakfast is adequate. The gym is a real highlight. However, it closes too early. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel provides good value for the money.
Negative: Early closing time of the gym.
Summary: I'll be back.

Positive: I loved the location, the ambient and all the amenities this hotel offers: coffee bar, fitness center, spa center, pool, gallery, so much art in hallways and rooms, and even casino! If you are traveling alone, you don't even have to get out the hotel to have fun. Having available parking at the hotel (even though paid) is amazing! Staff was really polite and customer oriented.
Negative: Parking is not included in the price. Also parking lot is quite small - when the hotel is crowded , potentially can not offer free spot. Hotel restaurant was not easily accessible. Breakfast was very limited, considering the price - and it didn't have very options for vegans.
Summary: Overall, I like it. I would definitely stay here, next time I am in Sofia.
