Summary: The room was newly renovated, with great facilities. Everything was very clean, the staff were very friendly, there was plenty of parking, and it was close to the train station.

Summary: Okay for one night. Quite pricey. There was no air conditioning in the room unfortunately (although we knew about it beforehand), but thankfully there was a fan. Plenty of choices at breakfast.

Summary: The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff member who welcomed us was exceptionally friendly and professional, creating a warm and inviting first impression. We stayed in room 209, which was perfect for our family of four. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Large windows filled the room with natural light, enhancing the open and airy feel. The view from our room was truly breathtaking. Overlooking the mountains, it offered a serene and picturesque backdrop that made our stay even more memorable.

Summary: We had a great time staying at AVA hotel and our room which was a junior suite had plenty of space and Yvonne was wonderful and very helpful. The only things that we recommend to add are first and foremost air conditioning which is lacking in most properties in Switzerland and as the temperatures are constantly getting warmer it is becoming a necessity and not a luxury. Secondly it would be great to have the option of having a small refrigerator in the rooms. We bought a lot of great Swiss chocolate and fortunately Yvonne accommodated us by keeping them in the main refrigerator to keep them from melting.

Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, from check-in all the way to a lovely breakfast just before check-out. Such an incredibly cosy, lovely and clean place. Truly amazing views and especially love the 'bird' theme; goes so well with the setting and beauty of Switzerland. Thank you so much!
