Positive: Super comfortable location, Monica was great in taking care of everyone. Breakfast is amazing with a wide choice of salty and sweet, fresh bread every day. The atmosphere is very familiar. Just 2 minutes from the train station - great if you stay here to hike around. But also, 7min walking distance to the city center. Lovely stay, very quite despite the closeness to the train station (you don't hear a thing). Comfy bed while the pillow is the classic huge and structureless that hotels love so much.
Negative: While not being a major setback, light condition could be improved in the room. There is only one source in the center of the ceiling, and nothing on top of the sink. Same goes for the shared bathroom. No deal breaker - but nice to have. The shared bathroom which served my room is not the one in the photos, but older and with a bathtub. The adv should be adjusted to reflect it - it disappointed be me a bit.

Positive: Such a wonderful, homely, comfortable stay. I cannot express how pleasant it was. I would highly recommend this accomodation. It is decorated and furnished in such a cute style. Pleasant jazz music playing in the background. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Positive: A small hotel run by the owner who took care of all. Of course Swiss hospitality is superb. The breakfast was more than plenty with surrounding that I felt like eating at home. The hotel was near the train station but no noise disturbed me at all during those 7-night stay.
Negative: The room rate was a bit high but of course with Swiss high cost of living which I could understood. Overall I was happy to stay here.

Positive: Monica, the host was warm, friendly and informative. I felt at home the moment I met her. Breakfast was a good spread, the hotel was clean and at a great location, very near to the train station. I was sharing the bathroom with 2 other rooms, but felt like it was my own bathroom! Coffee, tea and fruits were available at all hours to guests and one can even heat up one's food in the microwave provided. They were a bonus. My room was neat and clean.
Negative: My room was right above the outdoor dining seating area. At night, guests were seated outside till late, chatting away and smoking, and it disturbed my sleep. Recommend to ask for rooms that are not facing the outdoor seating area. Bed mattress was a bit soft for me, but it didn't matter as I was tired out at the end of the day, and it didn't affect my sleep!
Summary: Great place to stay with wonderful hosts.

Positive: Great location a few meters from the train station. Check in process very easy, good communication with staff. The morning person helping with breakfast was so kind and helpful. Rooms were good, clean and the shared bathroom was also clean. The breakfast was copious and delicious!!!
Negative: My bed was very very soft, and my friends bed was very hard. But otherwise everything was great

Positive: The location was short walk right in and off from the train platform but also very quiet. Very short walk in to town. Very safe. Easy self check in. Amazing breakfast. Wonderful owners attending to you. My room was cozy and quiet. This was way better than I expected. If I ever come back to Switzerland I would come back to this town, hike more, and I would stay in this accommodation longer.
Negative: Absolutely nothing.
