Positive: This is my favorite property to stay in when I go to Cozumel, the hotel is nice and quaint. The staff members are excellent. It’s a magical place and I love it. I always come with my dog and they are soo friendly with pets! It’s the best!

Negative: I wish they would put a better platform to swim to like before. However, they added a lifeguard now and that allows us to feel safer.

Positive: You can use the newer hotel facilities which is connected with the older hotel - which is great value for money. Breakfast was amazing but not sure it’s usually included. The kitchen also made us some custom food when we had a bad stomach. The staff was exceptional - friendly, polite, helpful and super accommodating. The lobby boy get a spacial shoutout for giving all his personal recommendations about the best beaches to us. Beautiful interior in the newer bit of the hotel, breakfast area. Great sun beds but need to snap them early in the day. They also had yoga classes for a fee. Private DJ on one of the afternoons. 2 pool and good access to the sea with some pretty good fish sign-seeing. Very powerful AC in the room. Amazing sunset views.

Negative: The towels had stains and there was a shortage of beach towels. The older hotel sandy beach could do with more umbrellas and nicer pillows. The restaurant food was ok and a bit overpriced but super convenience to have at the hotel with so much choice. The hotel is not in the town but they rent motorcycles and they have taxis so super easy to get to airport/ferry or town. Toilet had a bit of a smell and could do with a renovation.

Positive: Our stay at Hotel B Cozumel was nothing short of amazing, and truly saved what could have been a disastrous vacation. We arrived last minute needing a place for a 7-day stay, and the team welcomed us with open arms. A very special thank you to Marcella & Aaron at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate us the same day we arrived. She even upgraded us to a beautiful room with an ocean view, which made our experience even more special. Our housekeeper, Josue, kept our room spotless and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed. At the spa, Vicky provided one of the most amazing massages we’ve ever had—professional, attentive, and truly relaxing. The dining experience was just as exceptional. Yusell, Omar, Jose, Irving, Eduardo, and Juan consistently made sure our breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks were exactly how we liked them. Their service, friendliness, and attention made every meal enjoyable. The ambience of the hotel is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Honestly, every member of the Hotel B team—even those we didn’t get to name—made us feel like VIP guests. That level of care and hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. We highly recommend Hotel B Cozumel and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you all for giving us such a memorable vacation! Room 202 :)

Negative: My only complaint is that I wish it had a gym or, at the very least, a really good cardio room. Otherwise, there’s nothing to complain about at this hotel.

Positive: Great view. Architecturally very charming. Fun snorkeling right from the property. Competent and kind people at the front desk. Food, clear printed menu, and a capable, helpful and kind waiter (Eduardo) in the second restaurant ( the one that is not tasked with “serving” breakfast.) Repeat guests - that always says something good about a place.

Negative: Complete incompetence with “serving” breakfast. Got the first breakfast OK - thank you Claudia. Had to protest the second morning ( watching others slowly but eventually being served as I waited and waited). On my last morning I sat there waiting for over 25 minutes and finally left the restaurant without ever any food being offered. Was the only guest in the restaurant at the time - with about three staff in the kitchen and about three waitresses. Claudia served some coffee. Never experienced anything like this before. Stunning. No reading lights so if you like real books - evenings reading is out.

Summary: Fighting for breakfast is not my thing but … they might like you better.
