Positive: This was our third stay here within 12 months which we mentioned at check-in. We love the atmosphere of the hotel and its wonderful location right on the water with great snorkeling. The restaurant service seemed a little faster this time but the reception staff not as friendly. We have had a late checkout both previous visits and were told it was absolutely no problem. This time, even though we just wanted an extra half an hour before catching our ferry, we were abruptly told no, latest checkout is at 12. I am not sure if Maya is still one of the managers here but she was absolutely delightful when we stayed in May. We were hoping for a similar experience. Pillows are always uncomfortable as mentioned by other guests, coffee maker didnโ€™t work but Manuel in the restaurant kindly provided hot water when requested. Jose, our waiter, was so sweet and kind, he responded quickly and professionally to an issue regarding a food allergy. Great service. I am sure weโ€™ll be back but this time it didnโ€™t feel quite as โ€œspecialโ€.
Negative: Pillows, reception staff a little less friendly than previous visits.

Positive: The pool was great and and loved that we had access to the ocean from the dock. Restaurant and breakfast was good. Staff was attentive and service was good.
Negative: Room did not meet our expectations. The outlets were minimal and none near the bed areas. The room always felt dark and not enough lighting. The bed was hard and pillows too fluffy and hard causing us neck pain. Fridge was full of items that we had to pay for and not enough room to put our own food. And a lot of empty space that couldโ€™ve used some functional furniture or etc. hair dry was eroded, rusty.

Positive: The location :) facilities and the snorkeling tour provided by Emir. Housekeeper was brilliant, after the cleaning she found my bracelet charm. Thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š Juan carlos the waiter was really nice and friendly.
Negative: At our arrival the room wasn't ready with the 2 double beds we requested. So we had to wait. The room was a bit dusty at the beginning and the sink was leaking. Well they fixed it next day.

Negative: The dinner was very disappointing. The rooms need some TLC.
