Positive: It is almost all like new. Very clean, loads of space, places to sit etc. location is also great and a quick walk to tons of restaurants and shops as well as the marina and beach opposite.
Negative: It’s really close to being great but theres some serious let downs that really impact your stay. It’s just so understaffed in the bars in the evening, 2 nights we waited for over 15 minutes and then gave up and left. Really annoying. The sunbed situation is ridiculous. People queuing for over an hour before the gates open and then dozens of the sun-beds with towels on not being used all day. So frustrating. The restaurant needs more food options. It looks like a lot because they have a whole section with salad, a huge section with dessert etc but by the time you take out bread, salad and dessert for example there isn’t a lot left. Especially if you don’t want to eat ‘mystery meat’.
Summary: Has so much potential to be fantastic but falls short

Positive: Great room with sea view. food selection was very good, location is very central to marina.
Negative: Not enough sun loungers, queue's at the pools in the morning for opening time. pool bar not central to outside area.

Positive: Perfect location Lovely furnishings throughout the hotel & places to sit + pools & sunbeds All good
Negative: Sheets were not changed on the bed , after nearly a week had gone by Had to ask . No cups in room on arrival + no tea bags / coffee etc the whole week ( had been told there would be ) Weekend restaurant staff were rude . Got short changed several times by staff in the pool bar

Positive: The property was clean, can’t fault it there. Cleaners came made up the room mid morning well after breakfast. The back steps lead to the beach which was also handy.
Negative: I wouldn’t rate this as 4* at all! It was fine but if you’re expecting any form of luxury it just isn’t there. Breakfast is like a school dinner hall and the breakfast staff are so busy they’re almost rude but the food is ok - just the atmosphere! Communal toilets are ok, could probably do with being cleaned more regularly. The beds were extremely uncomfortable…neither of us slept a full night. There are a lot of rooms for the number of lifts available…constant queuing for lifts and when they come they’re usually full. If you want to charge anything to your room you have to carry a piece of paper with you even though you have a room key on your wrist (yes…they give you a wristband room key).
Summary: Ok hotel if you’re willing to forego luxury for the kids fun
