Summary: The hotel public spaces are nice. Check in was seamless with the front desk employees being polite. Our deluxe room was small - however the king size bed, with crisp bedding was really comfortable. The room was really clean - no concerns here. We booked this hotel for the spa and jacuzzi. It was disappointing to learn we could not use the jacuzzi unless a spa package was purchased. Breakfast was included with our stay - the food and service was spotty. If we booked this hotel again, we would pass on the extra cost to include breakfast. The location was ok, less then a 10 minute walk to the city square area. In closing - the hotel is nice but will likely try a different hotel on our next visit to Antigua.

Summary: Lovely setting with lots of flowers and beautiful features. Very nice room although small with little room for clothes and no hooks in bathroom. Very nice breakfast Staff should know a little more about the surrounding businesses (is the cafe across the street reliable?) Spa was pleasant although massage was a little weak. Be sure to ask for harder pressure Do not purchase airport transfer from them. We ordered the airport pickup which has us waiting for almost an hour. Could have easily just taken a taxi or Uber as there were many at the airport.

Summary: I stayed at Los Pasos for 3 nights with my family including two children and we loved our time here. The room very pretty, comfy, and well-equipped and the grounds were also beautiful. Included breakfasts at the restaurant and (paid) drinks on the roof terrace were fantastic. The location is very convenient.

Summary: we had an amazing stay the staff was incredible highly recommend! The spa is serene and very relaxing felt pampered through out our stay! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable!

Summary: The hotel is beautiful and the room too. Everything is well kept. It’s nice and quiet. Very clean. I only gave it 4 stars because the room was hot. It made it hard to sleep. There is an air condition unit in the room but it’s in an area that does not cool down the room. The bathroom has no ventilation and the bathroom stays really hot all day. We had to make sure the bathroom door was closed all the time so it wouldn’t get the room even hotter. We’d leave on the AC hoping to return to a cold room but the cleaning crew would turn it off after cleaning our room. So it was a little frustrating in that part.

Summary: This boutique hotel in Antigua is a gem. We loved the decor, it was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, free breakfast was delicious, couldn't be happier with our stay. Hope to go back soon. P.S. Spa was a delight as well

Summary: Everything was great except for the tv not working , no channels or service for 2 nights and spoke to manager , also safe box in room would not lock or was even install properly for protection of our valuables , it was not vaulted to anything so was not secured .
