Positive: It was clean and spacious. Good and wine was good.
Negative: Shower and hammam had lots f black mold. When I contacted the reception with a problem, they immediately agreed to help me. When I arrived in the evening, the seams with mold were covered with white silicone over the old one. This solved the problem visually - it is no longer visible, but the mold has not gone away. Plus there was a not strong, but still unpleasant smell of fresh silicone in the shower area. The fact that there is mold in the shower of a 5-star hotel is in itself unacceptable. The hotel has an inconvenient entrance through a gate for cars. UPDATE: I'd like to clarify the situation based on the response from the property manager. I was not offered another room; the only solution presented was to handle the issue in my current room, which was acceptable. However, it would have been preferable to avoid this problem altogether.
