Positive: Excellent service, very fast check in and out, friendly staff, always there for help. Location is wonderful, quite, green. if you need to go to Großhadern Hospital it takes ca 15 min walking, U Bahn is currently under construction work but also nearby (ca 10 min walking and then around 20 min to city centre). Clean, spacious room, modern toilet with shower. On ground floor is a restaurant, free breakfast included. I can only recommend, if I needed to go to Munich again, I would happily stay here again.

Positive: This is a nice hotel with exceptional attention to detail. The property boasts modern finishes that are stylish without being tacky. These features have given me great ideas for renovations in my own home. The front of house staff are notably friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant offers a good selection, catering to various tastes. Additionally, there is free parking on site, which is a convenient bonus. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.

Negative: If you are not concerned with being centrally located in Munich, this hotel is a great option. However, there are bus stops conveniently located nearby, offering easy access to the rest of the city. The gym, while not extensive, is equipped with a multi-gym and some cardio machines, although some free weights would be a beneficial enhancement.

Summary: Pleasant stay in Munich, thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
