Summary: We had an excellent stay. The staff was really nice and friendly. Located in the centre of Old Lille, which could not have been better. Clean and comfortable room. They hold the luggage for us after check out and let us stay in the lobby. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: The staff were excellent. All of them. Superb. The reception area is welcoming. The hotel is centrally located and very clean. I would have liked my complimentary bottle of water to be replaced when the room was cleaned and, with there being so many streets, a local central map would have been useful. These are however minor things. The hotel is excellent, welcoming and i will definitely stay again.

Summary: Excellent location in the heart of Vieux Lille. Charming hotel with a nice renovated lobby. Small room up the tower - 3 flights of stairs- but a nice view on the back of the cathedral. No coffee or tea in the room. Nice staff and overall a good experience.

Summary: Lovely hotel in a very beautiful part of Lille. Staff here was so friendly and sooo helpful! Definitely would recommend this hotel to any travelers in France!

Summary: Really nice hotel. Very well located in the old town and easy walk from Lille Europe and Lille Flanders train stations. Also has parking nearby. Lots of restaurants and bars very close. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception 24hrs a day.
