Positive: Great location in the old town with nice views out of the windows. The information provided by the owner was thorough

Negative: The property is a bit tired and in need of repairs e.g. to shower. It was not spotlessly clean e.g. smears on mirrors and kitchen units. The TV also didn’t work while we were there. There is no storage space in the downstairs bedroom that we used as it was cooler. While not a problem to us, there was no mention that the access stairs and steps to the upper bedroom are steep and headroom is limited in the lower bedroom

Positive: The location was good and close to some nice cafes and restaurants. It was an easy flat walk to the city centre from the apartment.

Negative: The shower had to be held as there was no holder for the head. The drain was also blocked so the shower tray filled quickly and this meant having to turn off the shower frequently. The spiral staircase up to the apartment was also difficult to navigate with luggage.

Negative: The instructions sent in advance were adequate, but they were only in French and not in English. The WiFi did not work on the first and second day. The contactperson answerred us by email that it should work, but it did not. So we got no help to get the WiFi working. On the second day they WiFi suddenly worked in the evening. There were no garbagebags available in the appartment, although we were asked to put the waste in a garbagebag downstairs upon departure.

Positive: Beautiful setting and location. Quiet and private in the eaves of the house and within a short walk of all the sights. Some modern facilities in the flat, all plumbing, heating etc worked fine.

Negative: Chipped or cracked mugs, glasses, plates. Uncomfortable chairs (and too many). Strange bathroom arrangement - directly off one bedroom - with only a curtain to shield and a low shower head. Smell from the bins in the downstairs lobby

Negative: Fresh milk and cereal would have been good. The shower is tiny and you have to bend down to get under the shower head. TV did not work.
