Positive: Clean room, all toiletries needed and in great state and supply, great mattress, all functional, no bad smells, great breakfast, good spacious parking nearby without problem accessing the hotel or area. Very close to the city center and restaurants

Negative: Lack of mosquito net - close-by lake+park at mid April made the park swarmed by mosquitoes. I have not kept the window opened during the night to test if a mosquito net is actually mandatory :) Not many amenities - yet you do not really need them that much, do you (thread, needle, shaving kit, etc.). I would not really call this a downside, but do bring your own.
