Summary: Celebrating a birthday with family! Loved the location. We walked everywhere! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen…could use a few new pots and pans. Easy communication with the host (space host). Really clean! Lots of linens. I would recommend this for your trip to Victoria!

Summary: Comfy beds, clean, spacious, updated, great location. coffee maker needs filters that are not provided.Room darkening shades in the bedrooms would have helped a lot. It's light late and early in summer and it comes right in. Some windows have no shades at all, and therefore it lacks privacy. It's easy for people to see in since it's a basement suite and there are other units above. Those would be huge improvements. Could hear people walking upstairs late. The parking is difficult and tight, but there is at least a driveway. For a while a car blocked our spot in the back. You have to walk down 7 steps to get in. Worried about safety of leaving windows open.But overall we would probably stay here again. The positives are good and owner is responsive.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Victoria so much! The apartment is in a great location, it’s clean and comfortable. The neighbors are super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Location it is so close to everything. We parked the car and walked. The kitchen was well equipped, there was no coffee when we arrived unlike every other vacation rental we have used. The bedrooms were great. Bathrooms were also good. Truly one of the top places we have used. A couple downsides was lack of coffee and welcome package we have become accustomed to lastly was parking bring your small vehicle and hope the other unit does also. Great spot just be prepared for those issues.

Summary: Easy walk to many local restaurants and tourist sites. We brought our dogs and took them on lovely walks to local sites like then lighthouse, fisherman’s wharf and a few pet friendly shops. The house is light a open with lots of room for everyone. We could cook some meals or warm up left overs. Eco friendly everywhere - appreciated.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The location was unbeatable, very close to downtown Victoria, the harbour, and all of the local sights. The unit was very much as advertised, and was clean, pleasant and well-appointed.

Summary: Excellent property right in the center of everything. Cleanest house we have ever stayed in and Nancy thought of everything. This is a lovely family property and we will stay here again when we are in Victoria!

Summary: Just a couple blocks from ferry terminals; easy to get anywhere. Very modern, clean, bright bottom unit of three story OLD house. Don't judge a book by it's cover! Minor maintenance issues were addressed relatively quickly. At roughly $300/day (US) with FREE parking, bargain compared to hotel rates in the area and paying for parking. A NO brainer!
