Positive: The hotel is located conveniently by the bus station, near historical center, cafes and the local park. Room and breakfast: Good value for money. Nothing fancy, but everything you need for a good nights sleep and a full belly. Pool area is really nice and clean, but needs a bit of renovation. Very kind staff, mostly quiet and easy accessible.
Negative: WiFi was useless for long periods of time. Strange decisions have been made; such as no furnitures in the balcony, and there was only hot water in all taps. We really missed mini fridge and boiler in the room.
Summary: Francis deserves its 3 stars - no more, no less.
