Positive: Staff were incredibly nice!!! Place was clean enough but definitely notice the rooms were not cleaned in the way some other hotels do. Didn’t make bed etc. Had to ask to get sheets changed. Loose hairs…one of the mattresses was horrendous but they swapped that out for a different one which was much better! A little loud and people leaving their cups in the hallways (this has nothing to do with the hotel, I guess just the people that are staying there.)
Summary: Nice stay. A few hiccups but overall not bad.

Positive: Very pleasant, close to beach and airport.
Negative: Downside that SPA is closing quite early. But maybe if i stayed longer, I would be able to have more time to visit it.

Positive: Great for a quiet relaxing trip. Less than 10 mins from the airport. Only 25 mins to central Palma on the bus for a more livelier night out or to do some sightseeing, and only a €12 taxi back in the very late hours if you want a late night out and don’t want to deal with the bus. Ricardo in the bar is a legend and amazing at his job, and Miguel was great too. Pool area never too crowded, space for all and plenty of loungers and tables. Good food options and drinks too. Few mins walk to the beach. Would stay again!

Positive: The staff were friendly and attentive. The location is great; very close to the beach and a short taxi to the airport. Nice restaurants in the area.
Negative: It was a nice hotel for a night. The air conditioning wasn't turned on until the evening time so the room felt humid before then. The doors are paper thin so you can hear people walking/talking in the hallways and doors closing so I can imagine it being loud depending on the guests you have as neighbours. All in all, it's a standard 3* hotel, so expect that.
