Summary: This hotel was the highlight of our trip, the service was exceptional, the terrace view was amazing. The room was spacious and accommodating. Our room did not have AC, they accommodated us with a fan but honestly with the drop in temperature we were actually really comfortable and cool at night. They brought us some amazing coffees for us to enjoy in the evening while we relaxed in the terrace.

Summary: GPS and the name on the outside of the hotel are Hotel Pasado Jatsiri FYI! Ring the bell on the outside of the building to be let in. We upgraded to a room with A/C and heat which was great as it was chilly. Excellent view from the rooftop terrace of hot air balloons at sunrise! Wish there were room darkening curtains and a lip under the door to keep out bugs/light but stay was great.

Summary: We had an excellent stay! So excited to have a view of the pyramids from our bed. Room was clean and affordable. Woke up early to assist us on our way to an early morning hot air baloon ride. Exceeded our expectations and would recomend. Thank you!

Summary: The gentleman caring for the property was amazing. He was friendly and even helped us get transportation to the airport at 5am!! We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.
