Positive: The hotel is in a good area, the breakfast is particularly rich, and the service from the reception staff is very good.
Negative: Tiny rooms, mold in the bathroom The room was not in the best condition, especially the bathroom. To begin with, the rooms are quite small, and there are no places where you can hang a towel or anything else to dry. Nevertheless, on the balcony door there is a sign saying that nothing should be hung outside. But where are we supposed to dry our clothes when we return from the beach? Mallorca is a summer destination.Also, overpriced for 200+ euros per night.

Positive: Breakfast delicious, especially the omelette and scrambled eggs man - best we have had in a hotel. A lovely selection and very generous. The room was very nice and quiet and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We also had several nice meals there in the evening and prices were reasonable. Wine very good too. A lovely clean hotel, swimming pool and surroundings. Loved the mural of Miro’s workroom.
Negative: The toilet in the bathroom was situated a little too close to the side of the shower, so wasn’t very comfortable. It is in quite a hilly situation if you are elderly.
Summary: A very enjoyable stay in this clean attractive well run hotel.

Negative: No fridge in room to keep water cool.

Positive: Modern and functional. Close to the bus route. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking facilities should it be required.
Negative: The area in which the hotel is located is starting to get run down.
Summary: We really enjoyed the hotel and its facilities, however I will stay in the east side of Palma in the future.
