Positive: Property is in a really good location, a few min walk to beach, lots of restaurants and supermarkets and good transport links/bus to Palma and on the other side Palma Nova. The property is up a hill and has lots of internal steps (bedrooms are located downstairs) so just be wary of this if you have mobility issues. Pool was clean, property was clean and spacious, however the pool isn’t heated 😭 which was a bit upsetting as we booked mainly for a private pool. Also the key lock details are not shared with you until an hour or so before, which was really stressful! I had to wait to arrive at Mallorca and then connect to Wi-Fi at airport to read my messages to view the code. Property was easy to find by taxi drivers.
Negative: Pool could have been heated, was surprised to find it wasn’t heated and a few days it was cold so we were unable to use. Which was disappointing as this was one of the main reasons for booking. Also take lots of mosquito repellant! We were bitten to death at the property (not outside) I have never been bitten before anywhere in world but I was bitten head to toe, even repellant didn’t save us! I have made the property aware, but would have been good to have repellant or plug ins at property. That was only thing that ruined my holiday. Also please note that when you book, booking.com don’t clearly articulate the process. You will have to log into the villa site, provide your passports for all guests, also you will need to pay a deposit of €500 plus a cleaning fee of €400 odd euros. Which adds another large expense to the booking. I wish the terms and conditions had been clearer about this. As we ended up paying nearly £2k for a weeks stay.

Positive: Overall very nice apartament with a lot of free space. Located near markets and restaurants, also not so far from the coast.
Negative: Creaking doors which were hard to close without making much noise. A lot of ants especially in the kitchen and near the pool entrance.
Summary: Great place to relax, unfortunately for us there was construction in the neighborhood.
