Positive: The hotel even though undergoing a renovation was still a 4-5 star place given location , and opulent lobby and amazing staff. The room was very beautifully decorated and fairly spacious. When we return to Nice we certainly will stay here again.
Negative: Loud construction on front facade.

Positive: We liked the historical nature of the hotel as well location on the promenade as well the dressed doorman, it feels like you go back in time
Negative: For such expensive space I expected better service to start. The breakfast has no table service or cooked offered dishes, the beach club is not complimentary and you need to pay another 75 euro / bed. Finally at checkout they could not send someone to assist with the luggage. For that price, it’s definitely not worth it

Positive: The hotel is like staying in a museum. Each floor has a different theme and coordinated works of art. Each room is different. The main hall is stunning with a huge chandelier containing a dazzling amount of Baccarat crystals. The staff are extremely gracious and accommodating. The location can't be beat, as you're directly across the promenade and the sparkling blue Mediterranean. Exceptionally special stay🌞

Positive: Loved the beautiful decor and they have a nice bar/lounge with delicious drinks and a great view. Seems like exactly what I would expect from Nice! The staff was super helpful and friendly too.
