Positive: Super central, therefore also a bit noisy in the street-sided bedroom in the evening/during night time (but bed was prepared with ear plugs). Very clean and well equipped apartment and a kind host!
Negative: It was all good! Just a little bit of noise in one of the bedrooms.

Positive: Very spacious appartment in close to the center of Old town of Nice and close to the Rue d'Anglais. Many sightseeing locations and bars/restaurants nearby to entertain you during your stay. Nearby there are plenty of parking garages that can also be booked in advance (we parked in the Interpark Sulzer).
Negative: The AC didn't cool the rooms as much as I expceted from an AC, it remained pretty hot inside despite the AC beeing on. Opposite to the appartment is a bar/night club, according to my travel buddy he was awake on friday and faturday night between 03h30 and 04h00 because of the noise outside. You are expected to do the dishes, run laundy, take out trash etc. yourself before checkout, in my opinion those services should be included in the cleaning fee and be taken care of by host.
Summary: Very well equipped and spacious appartment in the old town of Nice but expect noise in weekends

Negative: The front room is very noisy. Someone who battles to sleep will not be able to sleep, even with the ear plugs that they supply. The other room is dead quiet.

Positive: Great location in old town just steps away from the markets, shops, restaurants, and bars. Only a few minute walk to the beach. Hosts were very accommodating providing extra mattress for reasonable fee.
Negative: It was in a little rowdier section so would not recommend if you have young children.
Summary: Perfect for a few nights for me, my mom, daughter and sister.

Positive: The location, size, facilities and get started bits were brilliant. Really quick communication through the app with any questions we had. Key collection/drop off was super easy too. There is a Virtuoso Nespresso machine, they leave a few pods to get started, we didn't realise until after we had our friends bring extra pods with them, there is a Nespresso shop nearby. Cooking facilities perfect for a few small meals. Extra key inside was really handy.
Negative: Could have done with a picture of the door, the number on the door is high up and same colour as the wall under the pizza restaurant sign. We weren't warned about the noise from the bars and clubs in the street. However, they did provide ear plugs which worked well even though I have tiny ears. If staying in the lounge area or larger bedroom there is no noise.
Summary: Highly recommend
