Positive: This hotel is definitiely one of the best stays in our road trip over Andalucia. Has everything what you need and the hotel stuff was extremly nice. To note, we have been at high temperature season, but AC was working perfectly. The room and the bathroom inside (basic) was large! So much space and we loved it. Parking is extra pay, but the price is reasonable. We left the car there our whole stay and went to city by taxy, which was from 6-9€, that was really good. Overall, we would definitely come back if visiting again!
Negative: No such matter.

Positive: A great place to stay. We were in Granada to visit the Alhambra Place and it’s in the perfect location. Only a five minute taxi ride to the ticket office. Highly recommended.

Negative: Sink was clotted; shower head couldn’t not hold up and need some work. There is coffee in the room and no vending machine for drinking water.

Positive: Great location if you are driving. Just off motorway. Very good, spacious underground carpark. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well maintained throughout. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning. The Arab baths looked lovely but we didn't have time to go. Very nice swimming pool and terrace. Great buffet breakfast.
Negative: Shower head is very awkward! Breakfast time can be very busy with coach parties.

Positive: Underground Parking was a life saver but this is an additional charge on top of the room. Location is very ideal if you have a car to drive.
Negative: The view from the hotel is not the best as there is a block of flats nearby. We had a problem with the water pressure in our room, it went on and off and seemed to work miraculously when the room next door used their water. The bathroom needs a better ventilation system as it would turn into a sauna if you used the shower.
