Summary: Property is right on Plaza, above restaurants, just steps away from numerous restaurants and shopping. Studio is in an old and charming building with lots of character. Bed is very comfortable. A/C worked great. Note: location on plaza/above restaurants means it is noisy until about 12:30 am so you might want to join in with the partying or get some ear plugs.

Summary: We enjoyed this property very much. Manuel met us there and helped us get inside. The apartment is well located with lots of food options right out the door. Also very near a bus stop and the silk market is across the square.

Summary: We have a very nice staying at this apartment. The location is very good, close to everything we wanted to visit. Juan Manuel provided us a lot of information about places, transportation and restaurants. We were worry that the apartment would be too small, but it turn out that we had a lot of space. If we return to Granada, we surely will look for this place. The owners were very helpful. I give to both the apartment and the owners 5 stars. If we return to Valencia, we surely will look for this place.

Summary: The apartment is a very large studio in a building with an elevator, comfortable bed, nice furnishings, well equipped including coffee and paper towels in the kitchenette. Bathroom was nice and clean. Excellent location on the square convenient to many sights and public transportation and restaurants. Management was very helpful in making our stay comfortable. I would recommend staying here.
