Summary: Great location, very close to the downtown and good food spots. The host was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a stay within the historic district.

Summary: A wonderful hotel in a very convenient location, close to cafes, bars and shops. All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. Thoughtful and tasteful decor, loved the toiletries provided. Fridge and coffee machine in room. This was an absolute gem of a find and we would love to return to Bordeaux to stay here again, Thank you!

Summary: Great location. People on the desk were fantastic and their English was very good. Gave lots of tips and recommendations. You have to keep the mini fans on all night otherwise it gets way too hot and I usually run cold.

Summary: Staff were incredible and tried to make our stay tolerable, BUT the lack of air conditioning was really unfortunate as it was over 80 degrees when we were there and the sun shone directly into our room. Even with drapes closed it was impossible to cool the room down. Unfortunately we only could stay one night and had to relocate to another hotel for the remainder of our trip. Our room was unbelieveably small as you can see by the photo and the shower felt more like a coffin than a shower. Truly unfortunate. Location was great, but there are better options in the area.

Summary: Location is great, just in the border of the city center. People at the reception at all times were super nice, friendly and helpful. The bad points, room was very hot at nights, no AC, only floor fans. Our suggestions, there are portable AC units. Buy some.

Summary: Super friendly staff. The only thing missing - an air conditioning. We know, they are trying to be eco friendly - but with 30+ degrees it got really hot.

Summary: Really friendly and helpful staff nothing too much trouble. Excellent. position close to bars and restaurants. No air-conditioning but a good fan. The street could be noisy at times if room windows left open. Overall an excellent visit.
