Summary: The remodel is fabulous. Everything is attended to with Customer Service in a professional and kind manner. We had a beautiful room/suite and always come here for Christmas and look forward to many more visits. The only suggestion I would make is in the hotel lobby to provide a beverage area where you could make hot tea and use a microwave

Summary: The hotel and staff was top notch. Our room was very clean, the hotel was beautiful, and the staff was kind and attentive. The reason for three stars was the complete lack of water pressure in the room. Showering took ten minutes longer just to wash the soap off our bodies. We would have stayed there repeatedly if the water pressure would have been adequate.

Summary: The staff was incredibly helpful, the location was convenient to the train station and the rest of downtown, the coffee shop and brewpub were both delicious, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great stay. Would stay again if in the area.

Summary: I wanted an old funky, cool spacious room in a cool old hotel and was, instead, put in a newer small room down the street from the original hotel! It was not what I had booked and was very disappointed.
