Positive: The room was spacious and the view was wonderful. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, however scrambled eggs and pancakes were tasteless and the texture was strange.
Negative: Hotel rooms are definitely in need of renovations. We had issues with the balcony door which was locked by the maid for some reason on the very last day even though it was always unlocked or open. The latch wasn't really visible due to a non fuctional electric socket where the big lamp was plugged in causing the room to be quite dark. Also, the sign above the latch was actually misleading indicating open/close instead of lock/unlock because the balcony door is open/closed by pulling the door to the side not by pushing the latch up and down. Apparently other guests missunderstood this too because the door frame shows signs of detaching from the wall, probably caused by people pulling the locked door by force. When we arrived, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. When we have requested it, the receptionist said we will get it in eight minutes, but no one brought it in the next few hours so we had to ask for it again. The bathroom door was also not opening easily like it was locked when it wasn't. All in all, the hotel seems nice but some refurbishing and better attention to detail would make it much better.

Positive: Beautiful views of the harbour. Lovely pool area and facilities. Very clean and modern. The staff were super helpful, kind and accomodating. The rooms had everything described and were cleaned daily.
Negative: I little noisy throughout the night. You could hear your neighbours and their conversations when they came in at 3am. Additionally, we were caught off guard by the excess parking charges that we thought were included as we booked this hotel under the assumption through booking.com. The parking itself cost us an extra $200 AUD for 4 days so car drivers beware of this.
