Summary: The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean and the check in was very flawless. The only thing was the streets were not in good conditions but the rest was fine. The amenities were also nice

Summary: To be fair, the beaches are beautiful…just don’t expect to be staying close to them. The rooms are a 1.5km (1+ mile) walk from Playa Mantas and 3+ km to Playa Blanca. They have a shuttle which runs about every 30 minutes, but only from 8am-5pm. Be sure to bring your towels with you to Playa Blanca as they won’t give you any, even with the key card you have to use to check them out. You can also rent chairs and an umbrella at Playa Blanca for $19/day. The rooms are nice but small, with strong A/C and reliable WiFi throughout most of the property. The breakfast is decent, but we skipped lunch and dinner at the main restaurant because they charge $28/person for each, and there’s no way we’d eat enough to make that worthwhile. The food at the other restaurants was pretty good. The main reason for the 3 stars is the poor customer service and attitude of the staff in the office, especially at check-in. The main pool and entertainment area is a soulless place, focused on mass tourism and without much attention for a friendly treatment. Many of the amenities of the place are restricted to “partners”, beware of misleading advertising.

Summary: The property is deceiving. The agency promotes the property that is with the beachfront but it is NOT. You have to drive or use the bus to get to the beach. The rooms are far away from the beach. You have to sell the business with transparency. If I did not rent the car, it was going tobe a nightmare. In addition. the road to get there is terrible. Disgusting I would say. You can do better. The property is huge and we had an amazing time by the beach.

Summary: Very good staff and very good food. Good live entertainment by the pool at night. Be sure to take the free resort shuttle or your car to Playa Blanca.

Summary: I'm rating my stay with 4 stars instead of 5 because the place is way too overestimated, too pricey. Food prices are ridiculous. Drinks prices in the pool are way too high. Other than that, the place is nice and the service is good enough to forget about the prices... until you go for lunch...
