Summary: Was very satisfied with the family-style room for my family and had a decent size balcony. Overall positive experience. Premises was clean, staff was friendly, and location very convenient. Breakfast was very welcoming and a nice touch/ numerous options to start the morning right. Only minor gripes are the elevators are tiny, no lotion, and the room lighting was relatively dim and should be brighter. Also tip: If from USA bring your own electrical adapter because they ran out of the borrowed one for our first night, but we did borrow for our 2nd nite.

Summary: Staff were helpful and friendly, our children loved the decor, breakfast was good and a decent selection. All our tourist sights were within walking distance for our family. Flat fee of 55 euros to airport and was arranged by the hotel staff.

Summary: Very convenient location next to the train/bus stops and main train station. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods to select from. Clean, spacious and air conditioned rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: By three days stay was overall very good. Good price for the product. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was large and spacious with plenty of room for a third person and lots of closet space. The location was very walkable with a tram that goes into the center of the city very close. One or two small details. The bathtub is tall and can be difficult to get in and out of. A railing to grab would be very helpful. Also, there is no counter space in the bathroom. A small shelf would make a big difference. Overall experience I would return.

Summary: Check in was very easy. Staff was friendly. Overall clean hotel except pillow cases were not fresh as I found a hair on two pillows. AC worked great and the breakfast was ok for buffet style.

Summary: Breakfast includes a lot of sweet cakes but not a lot of fresh produce, like lettuce, tomatoes (available on one of the two days), or fruit salad. There is no coffee available in thermos, only a looong queue to the slow coffee machines. The noise level is significant in the breakfast room.
