The apartment is a strategic position to visit Rome, 15 mins on foot from Trastevere district heart and Testaccio district. Porta Portese flea market (on Sundays) is 5 mins walk away. The tram/bus stop (n. 3 and 8) that leads to the city's historic center is 2 mins walk away. The Trastevere train station (connected to airports and main railway station) is just 5 mins on foot. The apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed (will be prepared only in case of 3 or 4 guests booking), dining area with an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 115 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
