Summary: Everything was what we hoped for! The staff was so above and beyond and the restaurant was delicious. They always called a taxi for us, the room was very modern and had charger ports in walls, plenty of towels, everything you could hope for it did We explored Florence and Tuscany while here and weren’t able to take advantage of the spa amenities so we can’t comment on that.

Summary: We booked a suite for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed! The room was phenomenal, the spa was the ultimate way to relax after a day walking the streets of Florence, and the food was sublime. You will not regret your stay!

Summary: We had an amazing day at this hotel. I came for my birthday and they ended up surprising me the day of my birthday birthday with a tiramisu Dessert with a lit candle, They were very attentive, very kind, and it was overall one of the best experience I’ve ever had!

Summary: Charming hotel with excellent staff and service, plus a great restaurant for evening meals. The only small downside is that it is a couple of kms from the main tourist zone, but that is a short walk and they have frequent minibus transfers for guests
