Summary: We picked Claire’s house because of its proximity to the train station which we planned to use frequently. Could not be a better location as the house is literally 3 minutes from the station. Centre Ville is a pleasant walk through three plazas, and voila you are smack in the center of town. The old cite is just across the street from centre ville. We found everything easy to reach, and enjoyed the walking. The house itself is lovely, and we loved thé terrasse which is where we spent almost every evening sipping a glass of wine and watching the swifts. Claire was delightful to deal with, and could not have been a better or more responsive owner. It was a really delightful stay in the house and Perigueux.

Summary: The property was well equipped and spacious will all the facilities that you would expect from a good quality holiday home. The roof terrace was very welcoming and restful when the sun was shining. It is a short walk from the train station with good connections to Bordeaux and surrounding areas. The center of Perigueux was about one mile and there were plenty of quality shops , restaurants and coffee bars. Claire was an excellent host with good communications when necessary, All in all a recommended venue from which to explore the region. Ray Whalley

Summary: The apartment was large and very comfortable. It was close to the train station and a short walk to the old part of town.
