Summary: we've just get back from that paradise. We'll miss everything about it. Just to let you know that everything gone well, your house is generally a nice place, big rooms, however i must inform you that we found many thing really unkind of your landlord agent. first of all she did not come, but someone else came: his son in law. 2- the house was not clean at all, when the son-in law of the landlord agent show it to us. Both toilet was dirty, also the shower cabin. Same in the kitchen: all cupboard really dirt with dead cockroach and alive spiders. How can be that in the same place you keep your cookware it can be found dead cockroach? I think it is completely unhealty . Do you? As we could understand it seems that you did not recetly rent your house, because the forniture for bed and towel were smelled like they was never been washed before. -the smell was look like something has kept closed inside the wadrobe for long long time. I am sorry, but i and my wife felt a little unconfortable about it. Clients want to sleep and cover with cleaned and washed fornitures for the bed and bath, perhaps your landlord did not know that.. We got a problem with hot water also, every time we had to wait 20-30 min. to get hot water. I think something like that could have been fixed before clients arrival? i think that it is because you're far away from house, that you cannot control the condition of your house. Maybe you need to control those who works for you, because in your absent they do not do what they should have done. I, now, can doubt if the 22 opinions shown in your house profile are fake or true. Such a pity. By the way we left the house in a better condition. Thank you anyway. Mr & Mrs Vita

Summary: "The villa is very well presented, spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. The environment is a quiet, peaceful residential neighbourhood and the few neighbours we met (most of the surrounding villas were vacant)were most friendly. The outdoor area, with comfortable seating for six or more, was particularly pleasant, and looks on to a pretty well kept garden. The lovely Mont Choisy beach is only 2-3 minutes walk and for anyone who loves horse riding, there is an excellent equestrian centre very close by. The villa represents excellent value for money."
