Positive: The host was responsive and responsible. She made plans and necessary arrangements to get us in the property as per our previously set plan. She makes thoughtful plans and is keen on making sure the guests are comfortable. Everything was fine. If anything is missing (for example, keys) or not easy to figure out (for example, the house has a lot of light switches), the host promptly shows up to answer your questions. Mauritius is currently experiencing water shortage. The host has installed an external pump and a tank so the guest(s) will not even feel a difference. The host also personally brings staff to clean the house and the swimming pool on a regular basis. The host is very respectful of your privacy. She sets date and time for house keeping as per the guest's convenience.

Positive: It is a very nice house located in a pretty quiet area. It has potential. There are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, leaving room and equipped kitchen. Swimming pool works and we used it a lot. Owners are super friendly, nice people. Very good contact and respond from them.
Negative: Cleaning must be improved. It is far away from good level, barely acceptable, even that the was some service cleaning in a middle of our stay that was to general. The house need detailed cleaning service and then it is going to be 9/10. Still worth to stay and rent it. Owners doing their best to host you and deserve to be recommended.

Positive: Position closed to the beach and to the other cities around. Lovely swimming pool. You could also stay outside even when it was rainy coz there's like a covered terrace
Negative: Kitchen not really equipped (for instance no pealer or chopping board). The wardrobe in one room was filled with owner's stuff. Seems like you were not really in your space. Too many padlocks

Positive: We love the location and the villa itself, however there are a few details which should be improved such as missing BBQ, AC etc. Hanna and her father were always helpful when needed. Beautiful beaches and big supermarket is close to this villa. Don't be afraid and get this villa! If you will need SIM card on Mauritius (difficult process), let the owner know in advance, she will help you for sure.
Negative: AC wasn't working in one bedroom and there wasn't any AC in the living room/kitchen. There was only one European adapter and unpleasant smell in the bedrooms upon arrival.
Summary: Overally satisfied! Good host and nice villa.
