Summary: We truly enjoyed staying here and will again in the future! The location was fantastic and allowed for an easy walk to and from NRG Stadium. Close to everything. The best part was how accommodating, patient and responsive the property manager was with any and all our questions! Thank you so much!

Summary: The check in process was anxiety inducing to the point I wondered if this listing is a scam. It’s Posted as 2br 0bathroom, which is odd. There’s 1.5 bathroom. Very clean. The single bed was rock hard, the king was very soft and nice! After finally getting clarity on how to check in the rest of the stay was a breeze. Great value for the price.

Summary: This property is nice enough, but the overall experience was lacking quite a bit. It is an apartment in a huge apartment complex, and we were provided no instructions as to how to initially get into the security gate or where to park so as to not take a spot reserved for residents. On our first entry we had to hustle through the exit gate when another vehicle exited just to get in. The kitchen was lacking a lot in terms of useable pans, etc. The pans provided were mostly very old and largely burned to the point of not being useable. We chose not do any cooking in the unit at all. When we tried to heat water in a pan, grease on the cooktop burner triggered the smoke alarm. Cooking utensils normally provided were quite lacking as well. No bowls, no glasses for drinking, no sort of pyrex or similar type cooking vessels. We actually left 2 old glasses from my son's apartment for future renters. The futon in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable and resulted in a family member just sleeping on the couch during the second night. On the positive side, the master bedroom was quite nice and quite comfortable, and the property manager was very responsive with our questions. Overall this property needs a lot of attention in terms of the usual VRBO experience.
