Positive: Overall, a nice place to stay, if a little dated. The kitchen is well-equipped, the regular beds are comfortable, and there's WiFi. Clean and well-kept. There's no AC, but it stayed cool enough in early June. The location is OK, about 10-15 minutes north of Durango.
Negative: DO NOT rent this property through Booking. The original posting is listed on Vacasa, and Booking hosts the Vacasa listing. We needed to change dates after the cancellation window, and I could see there was availability. However, when I called Booking, they told me to call Vacasa, and Vacasa told me to call Booking. I managed to escape the customer service doom loop through the Booking messaging service, but I don't know why that worked and calling did not. Save yourself the hassle and go straight to Vacasa. Also, the pull out sofa bed sucks. It's really bad.

Positive: It was a very well stocked condo, lots of towels, kitchen appliances, and such. Decent size living quarters. As for location, it is a nice blend of quick to Durango and a jump to Purgatory if you are a skier.
Negative: There was no outdoor furniture on the front porch. Nothing that would prevent a return visit.

Positive: Safe, great location, well stocked, comfortable.
Negative: Furniture in living room was not very clean (big chair) had to cover it with sheet; is soiled. Blinds dusty, otherwise everything was good. Carpet needs upgrading.

Positive: The location was wonderful. Easy access. Quite, peaceful. When booking I did not realize the food, train station..everything was a small drive away.
Negative: The Grill was not clean. and lots of cobwebs on back balcony. Had issues with the front door - a locking issue, A bit warm, no a/c just fans
