2 fire places (one gas), open floor plan, private baths and showers for each bedroom areas, large outdoor entertainment space, double ovens, multiple fridges, and plenty of kids’ amenities too!
Dog friendly, but no cats please.

Summary: This property was perfect for a weekend birthday party for me and my friends to get out of the city. The house is laid out and fully equipped for entertaining. There is plenty of space for groups to do activities together or spread out and do their own thing. The kitchen has plenty of storage and we had everything we needed. The hot tub and wooded backyard scenery was an amazing bonus. The house is set back from the road and it felt secluded, but the town and was only a 10 minute drive away. Michael the host was prompt, clear and friendly with all his communication. I would rebook this VRBO again without hesitation. Thanks for a great experience and sharing your home!

Summary: Hosted a 25th college reunion and this house was ideal. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious kitchen, as well as living room and wrap around deck. Everyone had a great time!

Summary: Stayed at this house for a bachelorette party of 8 women in their early to mid 30s and had a great time! House was clean when we arrived and the host was very communicative about everything with the house and how certain things worked. The pool was great, and for night swimming the lights are wonderful! Definitely recommend for a group of friends or large family gathering.

Summary: This home was a perfect home base for our wedding at Vassar College. It was close to campus and convenient to the highway. The property is nice in a good quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub are great. We had plenty of space. The kids loved the house too. Michael was a great host. His communication and flexibility were much appreciated. He was very prompt and accommodating. He even hustled to have the AC serviced before our visit.

Summary: Mike was amazing at communicating with us, with all of our questions and concerns about pool, hot tub and the workings of many things within the home. We highly recommend this house if you're coming to Poughkeepsie for Marist or Vassar graduation or sporting event - or whatever reason. The kitchen and living areas (including fireplaces) are great spaces! Thank you SO much Mike for all the help you gave us to make our daughter's graduation celebration successful. Summary: This was a wonderful house and location for a long weekend getaway from NYC, also a three generation family gathering. Lots of child friendly amenities, lots of space. Beautiful grounds. Some of the amenities did not work, such as one (of two) dishwasher, a bathroom door, and the garbage disposal. But these did not detract from our use of the house. Kitchen and cooking items were a bit helter skelter in various drawers and cabinets, it seems that the cleaning crew in between rentals does not go into the cupboards and arrange items consistently. There are plenty of cooking items for meals large and small. The beds are very comfortable. All in all, an excellent house.
