The house features three floors of spacious living which all include Nest powered central heating/air conditioning & Sonos sound system, inclusive of the following:
First Floor: As you enter the home, you'll notice the cathedral ceilings and very spacious living areas. First, you'll find a open format kitchen leading into a breakfast nook and living area with a large flat screen TV hung above the fireplace. This area connects to a second living area that features two couches and a second large flat screen TV. This floor also features a dining room with a dining table, seating up to 10 for memorable meals as a group. Beyond the living areas, there's a bedroom with on-suite bathroom, a large office and additional full bathroom. The living areas all open up to a back patio that spans the entire back of the home, featuring another 10 person teak dining set and large propane grill all overlooking the huge backyard and forestry.
Second Floor: The second floor feature three large separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed, multiple closets, large dressers & TV, a fully equipped desk with monitor/mouse/keyboard - all overlooking the backyard and forest. The connecting master bathroom is very spacious with his/hear sink, shower and hot tub with jets. The other two bedrooms are connected by a jack & jill bathroom that provides bathtub/shower combo and private sinks for each room. The first bedroom includes a queen sized bed and TV. The second bedroom offers a crib and adult-bearing bunk bed with third pull out floor mattress.
Finished Basement: The finished basement features a spacious living area with large flat screen TV, second office area, couch with queen sleeper sofa and queen bed sleeping area with privacy divider. There is also a gym with hotel weight machine, bench press, squat rack, 300 lb. Olympic weight set and free weight dumbbells.
Outdoor: This property includes more than acre of grass yard alongside a large gated pool, elevated hot tub that fits 7 adults and two pool-side cabanas with Sonos outdoor sound system (pool & cabanas are open only from May-September). The first cabana serves as a pool-side bar with seating and fan. The second cabana operates as a 'lounge room' with shaded outdoor lounge furniture, a large flatscreen TV and other pool toys. The cabanas are separated by a large teak dining table for additional group meal options. The backyard nestles against a large forest which helps preserve a very private experience.

Summary: Beautiful house with a lovely pool with so much space to relax. Great deck and pool area for outside hanging. Kid friendly. Great and responsive host. House has everything you need (and nothing you don’t). Highly recommend.

Summary: This is my family's second year staying at this property. We celebrated my Aunt's 90th birthday and we all had an amazing time. My nieces brought their babies over and they had so much fun in the pool and the beautiful backyard! My adult children loved the corn hole and the fire pit. We had a great time!

Summary: The house is AMAZING! It is in a great location and the property is beautiful. It has all the space we need and there are televisions and speakers everywhere!! I wish we could’ve stayed longer but hopefully we will return next year. The communication with the owner was amazing and they even helped us with something we left behind.

Summary: Myself and my family which ranged in ages from 9 months to 68 yrs old stayed at this home which was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. We all enjoyed the home's layout and set up of rooms, baths and common spaces. The ample backyard was great for a little play of softball with the kids. The very clean and well maintained pool area with cabana and seating area was great for the family and convenient for everyone to get to. Everyone enjoyed their time and were able to relax in comfort and enjoy the peaceful scenery of this home. Highly recommend for family time and small children.

Summary: This summer my family and I were just looking for a house with a pool but we got more than what we bargained for here. The house is beautiful with many areas to bond with your group or everyone can have their alone time without interruption. The homeowner is very nice, professional and very dedicated to his home. I highly recommend the insurance as this house is very well decorated unlike any vrbo Ive been to!

Summary: The home is in a beautiful location and very nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen fully stocked for cooking. The views to the outside were wonderful and we enjoyed watching the wildlife. As it was winter we didn’t get to use the lovely pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Summary: The house was exactly as advertised, and more. Set back in a quiet neighborhood just off the parkway, the house was clean, warm, and waiting for us when we arrived. Fully and beautifully furnished, and fully equipped for our large family group to hang out, cook, and relax together. There were always enough dishes and cooking equipment to get us through our meals, and plenty of space for my older kids to retreat and spend time away from the adults and the younger kids. Everything we needed to be comfortable for four days was provided and Kyle was quick with the communication. Overall it was a great house for a great vacation.
